By using this website or booking services with EC Maintenance Group LLC, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Services

We provide commercial cleaning and janitorial services for offices, salons, banks, lobbies, and similar commercial facilities. Services do not include industrial or hazardous material cleaning.

Quotes & Scheduling

  • All quotes are estimates unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Scheduling is subject to availability.

  • Client agrees to provide safe access to the premises.

Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or service agreement.

  • Late payments may be subject to fees or service suspension.

Limitation of Liability

EC Maintenance Group LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by faulty surfaces, aging materials, or hidden defects

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Service Disclaimer

While we strive for excellent results, the following applies:

  • Not all stains, buildup, or discoloration can be removed.

  • Results may vary depending on surface condition and material.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by:

    • Pre-existing conditions

    • Improper installation

    • Deterioration or low-quality materials

  • No-shows may be charged up to the full service amount

  • Client agrees to notify us of fragile, damaged, or sensitive areas prior to service.

By booking services, the client acknowledges and accepts these conditions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Shows

  • Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time may result in a no-show charge.

  • No-shows may be charged up to the full service amount

Refunds

  • Refunds are not guaranteed once services have been performed.

  • If there is a service issue, clients must notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we may address concerns.
